In the spirit of Chico innovation, The Meerkat and BTCHN’ came up with a way to combine the best handle bar and tire plugging device in one package. Fabricated from 4130 Chromoly Steel, they are as strong as they are good looking; bent in house, and beautifully finished in either satin black powder coat or Cerakote Armor Black.

Dynaplug enters the mix with a special version of their Covert bar end tool. This iteration is pre-installed and fully integrated into the bar for easy, on-bike access that accelerates the tire plugging process. The Covert threads/integrates directly with the High Riser bar, reducing weight and removing compression or tools usually needed for handlebar-storage tool installation.

This easy-thread-in design is facilitated by a Dynaplug-machined insert, made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, welded permanently into the ends of the handlebar. The Covert simply threads into the insert for a snug fit. With Dynaplug Twin Tube™ technology, the Covert stores 4 preloaded plugs ready to go at your fingertips. The Covert is compatible with any Dynaplug repair plug, allowing for multiple sized plugs ready at all times. The end result is the fastest tubeless repair on the market in an even tighter and lighter form factor, giving riders the ability to rejoin the party train without holding up the group due to a puncture.

Oh wait, did we mention that all Covert tools are andodized and then Cerakoted for added durability? WhewwoooOOO!

The Covert High Riser is available now in limited quantities and will be produced seasonally from the forges of BTCHN’ Bikes.

Paul Comp Boxcar Stem sold separately. Paragon Machine Works has a shim that adapts our 22.2mm bar up to a 31.8mm if needed.

30 Day Standard Return Policy Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Dynaplug® are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Dynaplug® Limited Lifetime Warranty The Dynaplug® is warranted free from manufacture defects in materials and workmanship. There are no warranties, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to the plugs. Dynaplug will replace free of charge any Dynaplug® tool which is defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Misuse of a tool will void this Warranty. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Please call 530-345-8000 during the business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm PST for all warranty inquiries.

International Orders We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.

From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.
